Press distribution system consists of more than 100 indicators (small digital scoreboards, each with single key-button) attached to shelfs. These indicators are controlled from personal computer. Computer sends command to each indicator to display amountof of periodical (newsletters or magazines) items to be placed into single corresponding shelf. Data are taken from files that corresponds invoice sheets. Empoyee (heaver) has to place indicated amount of certain periodical and then push a key-button. After all of the shelfs are loaded down with this periodical, system directs to employee to take another invoice sheet and repeat loading process again (with another periodical item). This sequence is repeated until all periodicals from all invoices are loaded into shelfs. Additionally, shelfs are separated into 6 independent groups (each group consists of 30 shelfs), named Sections. Each section can work independently from other sections and has its own "section indicator".

Also system allows work in "servicing" mode, which is designed for system checkup or maintenance.

Red colored fields (S1x) show the same numbers as are displayed in indicators, and green colored fied S1 shows invoice number, which is displays in additional "section indicator".
